FSIR Trading, Emarat Irqah Street, 'Irqah, Riyadh 12543, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is the controller of personal data processed through the Nibras Soft platform.

- Merchants: business registration details, owner and signatory identity, contact details, bank account information and verification documents.
- Customers: name, contact details, delivery address and order history needed to complete purchases.
- Website visitors: device and usage data collected through essential cookies and analytics.
03How we use data
- To verify merchants and assess their category under our acceptance policy.
- To operate storefronts, process orders and provide settlement reporting.
- To prevent fraud and meet anti-money laundering and regulatory obligations.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
04Sharing
We share data only as needed with payment and logistics partners, verification providers, professional advisers and competent authorities. We do not sell personal data.
05Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or transferred only as permitted by the PDPL. Merchant records are kept for the period required by Saudi commercial and AML regulations, and other data only as long as necessary.
