Terms of service

The terms that govern use of the Nibras Soft platform by merchants and by customers who purchase from approved merchants.

Last updated · 1 September 2026Issued by FSIR Trading

01About us

The Nibras Soft platform is operated by FSIR Trading, Emarat Irqah Street, 'Irqah, Riyadh 12543, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

02Our services

We provide approved merchants with storefront, catalogue, order management, settlement reporting and operations tools. We are not the seller of goods or services listed by merchants; each merchant is responsible for its own products, pricing, delivery and after-sales service.

03Merchant eligibility

Only businesses approved under our Merchant acceptance policy may sell on the platform. We may refuse any application without giving reasons where required to meet legal or partner obligations.

04Merchant obligations

  • Provide accurate business, ownership and bank information and keep it up to date.
  • Sell only within the approved category and never offer restricted activities.
  • Display clear prices in SAR including VAT, delivery terms and a refund policy.
  • Fulfil orders as described and handle customer complaints promptly.
  • Comply with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, Consumer Protection rules and all applicable licensing.

05Customer purchases

When a customer buys from a merchant, the sales contract is between the customer and that merchant. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & cancellation policy and the merchant's published policy.

06Fees and settlement

Merchant fees and settlement schedules are set out in the individual merchant agreement. We may withhold or delay settlement where there is suspected fraud, a high dispute rate, or a breach of these terms.

07Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or our policies, presents unacceptable risk, or where required by law or a regulator. Merchants may close their account with 30 days' written notice after settling outstanding obligations.

08Intellectual property

The Nibras Soft name, logo and platform software belong to us or our licensors. Merchants retain rights in their own content and grant us a licence to display it for operating the platform.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts and omissions of merchants. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Saudi law.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Riyadh. The Arabic version prevails in case of conflict.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to merchants at least 15 days before they take effect.
